• Diploma in Civil

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferable from any Govt. polytechnic institute)

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skill

• Demonstrate sound working knowledge on high-rise buildings, multi-basement construction.

• Expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and structural systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Basement construction (Including double basement), shoring systems, and high-rise building structures. ·  

• Supervise construction works on regular intervals to ensure timely completion with proper quality, standard, and consistent working drawings

• Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.)

• Knowledge about safety guidelines

• Coordinate with project personnel and contractors to address operational issues and solve proactively

• Must have good knowledge on current material rate and work rate

• Maintain communication with management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
