Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Sociology/Social Welfare/ Social work/Psychology/ Gender Studies/Development Studies with at least 5 year practical experience in GBV program as mid level manager in any reputed NGO.
∎ Skills Required: Advocacy, Energetic and self-motivated, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Management and Leadership, Reporting and Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program planning and implementation of project activities under the area of operation:
∎ Supervise and guide all the GBViE Bhasanchar staff including MHPSS specialists in developing their work plan and progress.
∎ Manage the field-based team and oversee timely implementation of activities
∎ Ensuring the implementation of emergency preparedness and response measures in view of monsoon and cyclone seasons, such as training the staffs and volunteer on emergency preparedness, updating the regular Contingency Plan.
∎ Ensure representation of GBViE programme at Bhasanchar, Noakhlai level, and field level protection, GBV and coordination meeting, and share the information timely with technical service providing organization of GBViE project
∎ Guide the WFS staff in developing their wok plan with coordination of MHPSS Specialist.
∎ Provide effective support to develop project level program and implementation strategy;
∎ Aggregate lesson learnt and missed opportunities from field level implementation and incorporate those into rephrasing program planning.
∎ Generate idea for developing Information Education and Communication materials
∎ Staff Development and Management
∎ Building the capacity of the staffs through regular trainings, coaching and on-the-job mentorship (this may include facilitation skills, leadership, team building etc)
∎ Supervise the staffs and assist them for improving performance and their career development.
∎ Undertake staff development training as part of the related project activities and undertake orientation, discussion sessions etc.
∎ Ensure that the staffs are aware of all the policy and following those in dealing with the colleagues and project participants.
∎ Ensure that an enabling environment is prevailing at the workplace and staffs are working well enjoying equal opportunities irrespective of male and female
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation of the project activities.
∎ Plan the Monitoring the activities of project as per project plan and need.
∎ Review the monitoring activities of the staff and undertake corrective measures as per monitoring findings.
∎ Liaison/coordination/partnership with all concern
∎ Establishing, strengthening, and monitoring an effective and transparent coordination system within the camps where Mukti Cox's Bazar GBV porgramme operates, including coordination of multi-sectorial service provision
∎ Liaison with other partner of GBViE programme and plan the work and field implementation in a coordinated way
∎ Liaison with other service providers and partners at the Camp, District and Upazila level, to ensure that their activities of information, humanitarian assistance and services are also channeled through the WFS to the extent possible.
∎ Ensure referral and engagement of other service providers.
∎ Documentation and Preparation of different project reports.
∎ Submitting timely programmatic reports
∎ Make an archive of project documents and events photographs in a systematic way.
∎ Keep all related project information in a way so that any information can be provided as per need of the management.
∎ Other Duties
∎ Consistently and proactively monitor/assess the safety and security of field teams; promptly reporting concerns or incidents to Program Manager and liaising with community leaders and other external parties as required to maintain/enhance the security environment for staffs of program, and any Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop GBViE programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Must be skilled in preparing report
∎ Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities

Salary:
∎ Tk. 115000 - 117182 (Monthly)
∎ 10% Hardship allowance.
