Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
Oversee property presentations, site visits, and client negotiations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
