∎ Online Travel Industry sales experience will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, lead, and direct the sales team.
∎ Set sales strategies/plans, manage their execution, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
∎ Conduct market and competitor analysis.
∎ Assist in developing and setting monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales support teams to align sales efforts with marketing activities.
∎ Lead the sales team in new business development initiatives.
∎ Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of field stations in their sales efforts.
∎ Oversee the administrative aspects of the sales team, including leave and rosters, in coordination with the company directorate where necessary.
∎ Obtain daily sales visit reports from each sales staff member for evaluation, and provide feedback to management.
∎ Ensure effective management of sales resources to maximize revenue and control the cost of sales.
∎ Perform marketing and sales activities through physical visits, telephone, mail, or other communication channels.
∎ US-Bangla OTA’s operates several leading Online Travel Agencies, including Triplover, Travelchamp, Firsttrip, and TakeTrip Ltd. We are looking for Sales Leader, who will be responsible for managing, guiding, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed company sales targets. He will implement strategies to enhance market penetration, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker who can inspire and lead by example.
