Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deploy effective market penetration strategy by analyzing competitor’s sales volume, current market demand & capacity building efforts to escalate market share.
∎ Articulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and activities to enhance sales volume
∎ Develop modern and effective sales & marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target
∎ Supervise & monitor effective market visit of the team members for existing and potential customers to increase the sales
∎ Guide the sales team to identify & develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers, dealers & retailers to achieve repeat /referral business
∎ Manage, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their performance to ensure that monthly sales target and KPI target are met
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, campaigns, market share etc. and assist section head regarding the market policy.
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people everyday
∎ Candidates having practical experience in cement industry will get preference
∎ Presentation skill & physical endurance
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point and Email communication
