∎ Age at least 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented, maintained and improved in order to assure the quality of products as per clients' standards and requirements.
∎ Help Head of QC to Maintain and follow up overall production quality and quality control system to ensure achieve daily target production of 70,000KGS of yarn with 100% quality.
∎ Find problems in yarn and make root cause analysis of defects.
∎ Resolve manufacturing problems, offering on-sight solutions during the inspections.
∎ Take appropriate action to ensure that required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of similar issues.
∎ Ensure those problems related to the quality of the yarn are solved within the planned timeline so that lead time dates are always met.
∎ Maintain records pertaining to Inspection Reports, Audits, and Test Results & QA Planner/Activity.
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order.
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage.
∎ Report QC related report to head of the department on regular basis plus as and when required.
