Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain email service (Google- G-Suite) to create, delete, and restore group email ids and company email enrolment to users.
∎ Manage CUCM Server (Cisco IPT phone), manage voice server and create, delete, and restore group IPT phones to CUCM server, maintain user's directory and inventory and meeting.
∎ Provide IT support to end users for their Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Printer & Other IT assets as per company IT policy.
∎ Configure and Manage Windows and Linux operating systems for AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, etc.
∎ Design scalability and analysis of the performance of factory and office networks.
∎ Visit different units to deploy UTP and fiber connectivity for IT support.
∎ Monitor data center assets and infrastructure change management processes.
∎ Maintain liaison with external service providers and vendors on significant system problems.
∎ Design, Manage and troubleshoot projects for IP surveillance.
∎ Understand enterprise computing environments, and distribute applications.
∎ Administrate windows server applications AD, DC, DNS, and DHCP
∎ Manage the IT help desk team properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ A good understanding of TCP/ IP networks.
∎ Microsoft and ITIL4 certified candidates will get preference
∎ Excellent technical understanding of IT infrastructure, IT security, and L2 user support.
