∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Textile Engineering with adequate knowledge in woven and knit fabric Processing industry.

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Minimum 08 years experience in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Control – Standard operating systems, work flow, quality systems, finished product, record keeping and 3rd party evaluation reports. Giving cutting approval after fabric inspection in all procedure.
∎ To follow closely internal/external Final Inspection.
∎ Checking, monitoring and daily production report submitting to higher authority
∎ Work on Inspection planning, take advice and follow for corrective action plan.
∎ To ensure qualitative production from all subordinates
∎ To prepare monthly Inspection KPI.
∎ Capable of doing fabric classification and inspection
∎ Following up all quantity procedures
∎ Input to output all process audits & check with robin QC (7 Pecs. System).
∎ To collect and check common file and sample.
∎ To communicate closely with Third Party Inspection Company team regarding Final Inspection Sample and rescheduling.
∎ Redaction of reports.
∎ To issue the AOQ and inspection certificate
∎ To Store and manage Final Inspection Samples and Common files
∎ To Assist the Quality & Production Manager whenever needed on any specific request
∎ All others task by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years in any export-oriented textile (woven and knit fabric Processing industry).
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
