Experience:
Graduation/Post graduation degree in HRM, Public Administration or a related field from any reputed public or private university (UGC Approved)
Additional certifications in PGDHRM, Labor Law, Payroll, or Administrative Management will be considered an advantage
Experience handling recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, Payroll at a mid-managerial level is preferred.
Must have experience to operate ERP software & any other HR related software.
Must have experience in Bike ride with valid driving license.
Should have sound knowledge on Bangla & English typing, Emailing.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

HR-Related Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the full activities of HR & Administration functions of the factory, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations across all areas.
Ensure preparation of salary, wages, OT allowance & other payments and ensure on-time disbursement of the same.
Maintain and manage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions; strong payroll knowledge is mandatory.
Stay updated with government rules, regulations, changes in payroll tax, and other HR-related legal updates.
Conduct recruitment, selection, joining formalities, and guest onboarding including all visa-related tasks.
Maintain employee personal files, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and performance records.
Prepare Training Need Analysis (TNA), training schedules and modules, conduct training sessions, maintain records, and analyze training feedback.
Identify compliance non-conformities and ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within the required timeline.
Ensure environmental, employee health & safety, employee rights/benefits, and security issues in the factory as per local law.
Liaise and coordinate with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
Must have practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and other relevant HR laws.
Admin-Related Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all administrative activities of the factory/office.
Monitor security operations, security personnel, and ensure proper CCTV surveillance management.
Manage transport operations, including vehicle scheduling, monitoring, and coordination.
Ensure timely renewal and proper maintenance of all licenses, certificates, and legal documents.
Manage office assets, logistics, utilities, and ensure smooth administrative support across departments.
Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and overall security in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Experience in handling Office management, Transport management, BRTA, City corporation & others regulatory authorities.
Conduct Inventory half yearly & yearly ensure all assets have organizational tag.
Should have experience for handling foreign delegates with Air tickets, Hotel booking, Visa & ensure the pick & drop facilities.
