Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA and MBA in HRM from any reputed University (Public University is highly preferred).
∎ Masters with Honors in Management/Public Administration may be considered.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as Factory HR & Admin In-Charge.
∎ To supervise HR activities (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training etc.) of a Garments Factory.
∎ To run factory administration smoothly to facilitate uninterrupted factory operation.
∎ To maintain effective industrial relation, ensure employees' Welfare, Health & Safety.
∎ To maintain effective public relations and liaison with regulatory bodies, local administrations of the government, law enforcement.
∎ To look after Security of Man and Material and Environmental Sustainability of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ More than 10 years' experience in relevant field is required, where at least 05 years in any reputed and compliant Garments Factory (Knit, Woven and Denim)
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
