Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Strategy and Business Development
Identify new sales opportunities and potential new markets and Dealer.
Sales Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales Team.
Coordinate sales activities from initiation to completion for projects or overall goals.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Reporting and Analysis
Analyze market information and sales data.
Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue, and expenses to senior management.
Client and Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments and internal teams for successful project execution and alignment with company goals.
Communicate effectively with other department heads to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
