Responsibilities & Context:
• Achieve the number against the target through team members.
• Define the marketing strategy in the assigned market.
• Research and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Work in close cooperation with sales and technical assistance to ensure an in-depth common understanding of the market and customers and with a strategy for business development.
• Managing Consumer sales team in the assigned Market.
• Develop a Business plan for the Consumer sales team in the assigned Market.
• Conducted extensive research on the Internet, analyzed information, identified online solutions assign Market.
• Identify new areas and prepare a feasibility report for the assigned Market.
• Find out the right product for customers in a new area in the assigned Market.
• Analysis of the Target market and market competition.
• Prepare a Market intelligence report.
• Develop strategic sales/marketing plan for assigned Market.
• Managing the client database.
• Keep track of competitor activities and new threats in the market, proposes a course of action
• Maintain relationships with existing customers via phone/direct visit/email and generate new business.
• Evaluate executives’ monthly performance and guide them to achieve the monthly sales target.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and discuss operational / business issues.
