Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of modern sophisticated spinning machinery with PLC, Inverter base machineries like Trutzschler Blow Room & carding machine, Rieter Blow room, Rieter draw frame, Trutzschler Draw frame, LMW ring, Rieter ring, Rieter auto cone.

• Troubleshooting & supervision of electrical & electronic equipment.

• Ensure Inventory & store control of maintenance Department.

• Ensure proper documentation and prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly report.

• Ensure the proper training and motivation of the maintenance officers & the workers to achieve the desired output.

• To ensure the safety of the machinery and workforce of the plants.
