∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university. Finance/Marketing will get additional preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): export sales, International/ Export Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source & appoint new buyer/importer.
∎ Maintain regular communication with existing importers.
∎ Collect export order from responsible territory as per given monthly & yearly target.
∎ Follow up with importer & collect Advance TT (Payment) before production & rest Payment before handing over the BL to Importer.
∎ Maintain regular importer ledger / GL.
∎ Do Costing considering all relevant costs & expenses & fix price with prior approval of the Business Head.
∎ Place job order to factory and arrange production schedule as per demand.
∎ Ensure proper & correct sales booking in the Software.
∎ Ensure proper & 100% correct export & shipment-related documentation without any error.
∎ Ensure all RMPM to liaison with relevant departments like procurement, packaging material from different vendor/external customer
∎ Maintain proper inventory and follow-up with the factory, contract-manufacturing factory for proper utilization as well as to maintain the production schedule.
∎ Visit factory & contract-manufacturing Factory time to time to monitor the Production.
∎ Ensure the proper coding, instructions, and declaration as per country regulatory advise.

∎ Age at most 40 years
