∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

∎ Computer skills such as MS word, Excel, Power point, Internet browsing are necessary.
∎ Should have proficiency in typing both Bangla and English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. along with...
∎ Accomplish sales goal by selling apartments, commercial space and duplex flats.
∎ Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a complex and competitive situation.
∎ Having superior reference to trade the Company products in his circle.
∎ Visit different organizations/places for developing/creating new clients.
∎ Prepare & maintain client's database (existing & upcoming).
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in excepting markets or new markets.
∎ Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share and brand awareness.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
