∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate should primarily spend a significant amount of his time in hunting SME organizations for selling company developed software, i.e: ERP Software, Android Apps, etc.
∎ He/she will also promote/sell other company items like LPG equipment & LPG accessories, Reticulation, LPG Gas Station solution to his/her respective market.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit SME organizations/entrepreneurs of his/her territory to generate leads. Capture user requirements and match the user requirements with the company product portfolio. Do the needful to onboard the prospect by signing the agreement.
∎ Take the necessary steps to install and train up the operator of the software at the customer premise.
∎ Level-1 troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain a constant relationship with the existing customers for upsells and cross-sells. Regular follow up and relationship building with the customer base to ensure a consistent revenue stream. Also, work on year on tear revenue growth from the customer base.
∎ Hunting for new prospects through cold calling, networking, social media, and any possible means. Generate leads from the prospects and onboard them to the company’s customer portfolio.
∎ Also generate leads for other items like LPG equipment & accessories, Reticulation, LPG Gas Station. Forward the leads to the concern technical team for technical assessment and closing the deal with the prospect as per guideline from management.
∎ Monitoring credit in the market and ensure outstanding are collected on a regular basis.
∎ Search and deploy Distributor/Channel Partner and monitor their operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate has prior experience in sales of business software applications like ERP, CRM or Accounting software is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary based on performance (Fixed & Variable salary)

∎ Lunch allowance during market visit.
