Requirements:

Skills Required: Apartment Sales,experience in real estate sector,Land Sales and Marketing,Land Share Sales,Real Estate Marketing

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Must be minimum 5 years practical experience of the Real Estate Sector. ( Apt. Sales & Land Share Only).
  • The candidate should be smart, young, energetic and polite manner & attractive personality.
  • Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical and mental health. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and Bengali.
  • The Applicants should have experience in dealing with Sales activities, client`s satisfaction etc.
  • Should be able to work under pressure in a Team environment and must possess to lead a Team and achieve the Target.


Responsibilities & Context:

Salmon Developers Limited is looking for Deputy Manager - Real Estate Sales & Marketing is responsible for the strategic planning and supervising day to day activities of sales department. He is also responsible for developing & maintaining relation with new customers & existing customers & to maintain a strong database of strong reference group by ensuring effective service as per company policy. In addition, he will ensure new employee orientation about own product and identify new source of customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales will be target oriented.
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
  • Prepare proposal/Deed of Agreement for Corporate Clients.
  • Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.
  • Closing the Sales deal Capacity.
  • Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
  • Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
  • Create market and achieve monthly sales target must.
  • Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
  • Make a list of Target Clients/Companies.
  • Monitoring competitor activity.
