Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification is HSC/Diploma with at least 12 years practical experience in any 100% export oriented composite textile mills

∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up of Pre-Treatment production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the Pre-Treatment process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face contingencies.
∎ Pre-treatment planning (including all types of claimed materials as per the certification standards) according to priority and shipment requirements.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the Pre-Treatment process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
