Educational Requirements:
∎ Academic requirement: Minimum B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge about factory's equipment and Machinery operating program & solve the problems of machinery;
∎ Should have maintenance knowledge on Single Needle, Double Needle, Overlook, Kansai, Feed of the arm, APW, Automatic belt loop setter, automatic back pocket setter, automatic back pocket decorative, leather patch level setter, bottom hemming, Eyelet Hole, Button Hole, Button Stitch, Bartack, heat seal, programmable sewing machines and other related machines;
∎ Maintain machine layout time;
∎ Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work and schedule maintenance;
∎ Assist in planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions;
∎ Coordinate with the procurement team and other relevant entities to ensure smooth production;
∎ Prepare relevant reports & share them with the management regularly;
∎ Coordinate and support achieving rapid style changeover.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 13-15 years for Diploma holders) years of experience in a reputed garments industry (Denim Bottom);
∎ Able to lead various workshops and innovative development projects;
∎ Skilled in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and others;
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kinds of cutting, sewing, and finishing related machine;
∎ Good knowledge of labor legislation;
∎ Time-management skills;
∎ Able to maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance in a proper way.
