Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor and Masters with Science Background/ B. Sc. Agricultural Engineering (Preferable MBA in Marketing).
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Setting strategic goals, Motivating employees to perform well, Mentoring less experienced team members, Delegating tasks to other employees, Collaborating with the team, Marketing management, Creativity to come up with marketing campaigns.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and setting sales & marketing plan.
∎ Manage all campaign spend through careful budget management.
∎ To manage team to meet monthly sales & revenue target.
∎ Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
∎ To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Offering after-sales support services.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Preparing reports for Top management.
∎ Negotiating tender and contract terms.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Dealing with customers & dealers all over the country & ability to work independently.
∎ Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 Years practical work experience in Marketing & Sales related field in any reputed Industry.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to travel frequently all over Country.
Salary: Negotiable
