Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any reputed University.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),IT Enabled Service,Engineering Firms,Garments,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Inventory/Warehouse

• Age 25 to 38 years

• Knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project.

• Minimum three (3) years of Rooftop commercial solar photovoltaic (at least ±2 MW project) design & development experience.

• Must have experience in PV system, drawing and AutoCAD design.

• Effective problem finding & solving skills and keen attention to detail, alongside a commitment to safety and quality.

Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the Solar Power Plant, Solar Rooftop Installation, Solar Irrigation Pump Sector, also should have experience Capex & Opex Model Solution.

Context: We are looking for hardworking, skilled & self-driven candidates for the post of Deputy Manager/ Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop solar system design including Site survey, Electrical Design, calculations & Simulation, DC &AC Cable Design, SLD Design, etc.

• Have to complete installation experience on rooftop solar.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM) with Technical and Financial proposals.

• Managing solar projects work scheduling, budgeting, procurement and quality control.

• Capacity to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Ensure technical support during installation, commissioning and testing phases.

• Solve on-site technical issues and troubleshooting problems.

• Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, project documentation and progress reports.

• Must have experience of providing technical presentation to client.

• Should have expert on tender processing.
