Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BUET, DUET, CUET, KUET or any others reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute timely operational plans and align the team to achieve departmental goals. Plan and supervise schedule maintenance of process machinery and related to other machineries.
∎ Report to departmental head for all sorts of technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services. Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials. Submit annual/monthly budget for Maintenance purpose of Mechanical Dept. Co-ordinate with Production dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Analise Energy consumption according to machine to take plan for reduce, reuse and recycle the energy for sustainable consumption.
∎ To make plan to increase the sustainability index of the factory.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good knowledge in MS Office Application, Sound knowledge in Air Compressors, Boiler, Woven Dyeing Machinery and Gas Generator Maintenance. Abilitry to lead Mechanical team during emergency.
