Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & implement lighter vessel accurate employment against mother vessel and thus confirm smooth discharging operation of mother vessel.
∎ Monitor all Lighter vessels movement, countdown of every trip while staying at jetty or any destination.
∎ Arrangement of Third-party trips for companies own lighter vessels during idle periods.
∎ Communicate lighter vessel related issues with BIWTA, DG shipping, WTC, Shipping union.
∎ Manage the lighter vessel traffic supervision, river police in the sea water including the yearly registration.
∎ Resolving lighter vessel issues, ensuring compliance with legal rules & regulations reporting to management on issues & activities.
∎ Lighter vessel full structure develop, take responsibility for the installation of ship machinery & related equipment including propulsion machines and power supply system.
∎ Proper loading unloading, survey, quantification, etc.
∎ Follow-up each and every Lighter Vessel during Passage from mother vessel to designated destination.
∎ Examination of lighter vessel documentation and condition before loading.
∎ Taking permission from port Authority for lighter vessel loading.
∎ Regular inspecting and repair of lighter vessel
∎ Creating and implementing lighter vessel policies and procedures.
∎ Hiring, training, and supervising lighter vessel employees.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
