Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenue
∎ Credit Recovery from buyers and sellers
∎ Knowledge of carve-out of financial statements, physical asset verification, internal control, and enterprise risk management.
∎ Expert in marketing analysis (BSG Matrix, 4P’s Marketing Strategy)
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
