- Need specific experience in Corporate sells of Poultry feed Mill Raw materials.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for strategic planning, target setting and implementation of settled target.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly execution plan to achieve the target which will be set by the management.
As a manager, you will be responsible for team building and work as a team and follow the instructions of your supervisors.
Provide motivational and mental support to the team to achieve sells target.
Execute all sales and marketing activities as per set plan and policies of the company.
Always keep update your personal and team report, records for ensure transparency and accountability.
Regular visit field to ensure achievement of optimum sales target.
Ready to take additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and management.
