• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

·Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in air, sea, and land freight services.

·Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

·Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.

·Submit timely reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.

·Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

·Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to meet client expectations.

·Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.
