∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Freight, Airlines Cargo GSA or Freight Forwarding Company, Freight Forwarding CF, Ocean Freight

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with local and foreign clients
∎ Solve any emergency issue with the customers for import shipment by air and ocean
∎ Solve problems related to IGM
∎ Issue debit notes, pre alert and arrival notice to customers
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Strong Knowledge about import customer service
∎ Good understanding of IGM
∎ Capable to work in a team

Salary: Negotiable
