Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Deputy Manager / Manager who has reputed proven Experience in the area of Real Estate Sales.
∎ If you do not have Real Estate Sales 05 to 06 Years (s) Experience no need to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales
∎ opportunities;
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients;
∎ Work in the Sales & Marketing team as an active member and maintain
∎ individual visits to clients;
∎ Ensure team sales activities and achieve company sales target by
∎ monthly/quarterly/ Yearly;
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales
∎ opportunities;
∎ To visit projects with clients and do sales meetings on the satisfactions;
∎ Build and maintain a productive and cooperative relationship with Clients;
∎ Manage & Maintain CRM and Prepare and present regular reports to sales and
∎ marketing Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Mobile Bill, TA as per Company policy, Sales incentive.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Attractive salary will be offered, including Service Benefit, Leave Encashment, and other benefits as per the company's existing policy.
