∎ Skills Required: Leadership, Production Management, Production planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Production planning, Production Process, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule.
∎ Follow-up Order management.
∎ Determine amount of necessary resources.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards.
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
∎ Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
∎ Review worker performance and identify training needs.
∎ Report to upper management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
