Furniture Industries, Garments Industry, Plastic Industries, Wooden and Metal Furniture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Furniture, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule.
∎ Achieve production, productivity & wages vs. production target.
∎ Follow-up Order management.
∎ Determine amount of necessary resources.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
∎ Ensure output meets quality standards.
∎ Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
∎ Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and those targets are met.
∎ Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
∎ Review worker performance and identify training needs.
∎ Report to upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of production management, production process and team building.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
∎ Having ability to Observation, Critical thinking, Work under pressure and Multitask.
