Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering (IE), or a related discipline from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant experience in garment production planning and FastReactPlan software will be preferred.

• Proven experience in a managerial/senior leadership role within a reputed RMG manufacturing organization.

• Proficient in FastReactPlan for production planning and scheduling.

• Strong understanding of garment production processes, capacity planning, order management, T&A, and production control.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and production planning/ERP software.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of KPI-driven production management and on-time delivery.

• Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on order requirements and factory capacity.

• Analyze order bookings, SMV, capacity, lead time, manpower, and production efficiency to ensure realistic planning.

• Prepare and monitor capacity plans, order loading plans, production line plans, T&A, and shipment schedules.

• Ensure on-time order execution and shipment through continuous production monitoring and follow-up.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.

• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.

• Optimize line utilization, capacity allocation, and production efficiency.

• Monitor WIP, cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipment status against the production plan.

• Utilize FastReactPlan for capacity planning, order loading, production scheduling, and delivery tracking.

• Analyze production KPIs and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and improvement plans.

• Lead planning meetings and follow up on critical orders and shipment priorities.

• Supervise and develop the planning team to achieve production targets and delivery commitments.
