• At least 5 years

• Masters

• Age 35 to 50 years

• The applicant should have experience in the following business areas: Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Shipping
• English proficiency both writing and speaking.

• Ensure 100% compliance of foreign exchange regulations and corporate process for issuing bill of lading.
• Process commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracy.
• Communicate with internal/external customers effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure timely processing of export shipments documents by communication with overseas Doc center colleague.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure vessel transaction payments are made and collected in a timely manner.
• Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
• Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders & exporters.
• Verify sanctioned party screenings prior to release of export documents.
• Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions.
• Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations per law of the land.
• Continuing education and ongoing review of industry requirements.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand customer needs.
