A well reputed international Shipping Logistics company’s local agent is looking for young, energetic candidates to fill the following vacant positions for the Dhaka office.
This potential candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and continue the placement, having gained broad experience in various aspects of Shipping & logistics.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service including response customer query and concern by precise communication.
Attend customer calls professionally & timely.
Corresponding with foreign customers.
Capable of resolving issues and handling customer complaints.
Accept booking and necessary update into the system within timeframe.
Understand customer needs and serve them with satisfaction.
