Responsibilities & Context:

A well reputed international Shipping Logistics company’s local agent is looking for young, energetic candidates to fill the following vacant positions for the Dhaka office.

This potential candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and continue the placement, having gained broad experience in various aspects of Shipping & logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.

  • Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy

  • Provide strategic leadership to oversee and manage daily Import and Export operations.

  • Ability to handle foreign customers independently

  • Enforce process compliance, ensuring operations meet customer expectations and KPIs.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing customer service team.

  • Build a strong relationship with customers in terms of high confidence level

  • Collaborate with commercial, global, and regional functional teams

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance service standards, and foster a culture of best practice sharing within the team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues creatively.
