Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify marketing opportunities.
∎ Drives secondary sales to achieve the sales target & maximize the market share.
∎ Take up sales promotion activities.
∎ Ensuring expansion of customer network to increase the product reach.
∎ Interacting with the end customers & attend to customer complaints.
∎ Liaison with banks & financial institutions for supporting customers.
∎ Organize sales activities, motivate the customers / sales-staffs through training & ensure reduced outstanding & better collections from the customers.
∎ Conduct market surveys, customer meets, Regional Transport Authority (RTO) data analysis etc. to identify target customers and follow-up with interested customer/s for improved market share.
∎ Provide MIS reports containing market information like - Competitor activity, new products/features/technology launched various sales promotion activities etc.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Commercial acumen
∎ Good analytical & Interpersonal skills
∎ Team Working
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Resolving Customers grievances
∎ Open for traveling (10/12 days per month)
∎ Technical knowledge about the product
∎ Target oriented
∎ Advance knowledge of computer applications - fluent in Microsoft Office: power point/excel/word.
