Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Dept. for overall Knitting production issues and outcome of the assigned account with absolute integrity and sincerity;
∎ Monitor Production of Knitting division as well as worker and staff issues for smooth functioning of the floor;
∎ Execute production as per plan demand;
∎ Ensure fabric availability within the stipulated time to provide customers;
∎ Handle several numbers of orders at a time in decently & set fab specification as per composition & fabrication;
∎ Plan to synchronize among technical, production and Q.A department for maximum. production efficiency;
∎ Liaison with production coordination team for making proper plan of Knitting as per TOD;
∎ Motivate & inspire the production people to give their best ensuring required quality;
∎ Monitor knitting machine performance & maximum M/Cs hour utilization;
∎ Should have analytical knowledge in fabric R & D (Knitting & Dyeing) & all type of yarn;
∎ Monitor yarn dyeing factories where orders are running;
∎ Liaison with R&D department for on time bulk production as required parameter;
∎ Perform miscellaneous job as assigned by the Mgt. from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ At least 07 years of related experience in any large Knitting Industry
∎ Pro-active, independent, and result oriented
∎ Work in an innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
