Responsibilities & Context:
This role is responsible for manufacturing operations through strategic staffing, training and efficient production methods.
- Implementation of Industrial Engineering concepts·
- Lead the team and continuous training to improve the skill·
- New product developments and costing workout for the Knitting, Makeup and Finishing·
- Capacity planning and Product execution with quick change over.
- Train the operators to improve the skill on regular basis.
- Utilization of the man and machine effectively with IE methods/tools
- Ensure the team activities on time study, capacity study and motion study to develop the process.
- Ensure the factory capacity to achieve the day targets.
- Implementing new tools, techniques and methods to develop the productivity·.
- Monitoring the factory performance and sharing reports to top management.
