Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector in Bangladesh (non-clinical roles), preferably in hospital liaison, healthcare management, or health-focused project development.

  • Proficiency in Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems in both Bangladesh and China is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in business development or partnership management is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a background in Public Health, Business Administration, or International Relations is an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Are you passionate about bridging international healthcare collaborations? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Manager/Manager, focusing on healthcare business development and liaison between Bangladesh and China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships between Bangladeshi hospitals/healthcare centers and healthcare institutions in China.

  • Act as the primary liaison for communication, coordination, and contract negotiation with Chinese health sector stakeholders.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations in Bangladesh.

  • Facilitate business development activities, project execution, and cross-border healthcare collaboration initiatives.

  • Coordinate administrative, contractual, and operational aspects of international health sector engagements.

  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on project progress, opportunities, and risks.
