Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector in Bangladesh (non-clinical roles), preferably in hospital liaison, healthcare management, or health-focused project development.
Proficiency in Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems in both Bangladesh and China is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience in business development or partnership management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a background in Public Health, Business Administration, or International Relations is an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Are you passionate about bridging international healthcare collaborations? We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Manager/Manager, focusing on healthcare business development and liaison between Bangladesh and China.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage strategic partnerships between Bangladeshi hospitals/healthcare centers and healthcare institutions in China.
Act as the primary liaison for communication, coordination, and contract negotiation with Chinese health sector stakeholders.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations in Bangladesh.
Facilitate business development activities, project execution, and cross-border healthcare collaboration initiatives.
Coordinate administrative, contractual, and operational aspects of international health sector engagements.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on project progress, opportunities, and risks.
