∎ Minimum 8–10 years of experience in washed garment marketing, including denim, casual woven, and knit categories
∎ Strong buyer connections (Levi’s, H&M, C&A, Inditex, etc. will be an added advantage)Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and tech packs
∎ In-depth knowledge of washing techniques, chemicals, and sustainability standards
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills (both in English and Bengali)Result-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple buyers/ordersTeam leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, execute, and monitor marketing plans for garment washing and dyeing services;
∎ Achieve yearly and monthly sales targets for the washing plant;
∎ Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform business strategies;
∎ Identify and approach potential clients in the local and international garments and textile industry.
∎ Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with buyers and brands.
∎ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
∎ Coordinate with planning, production, quality, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Communicate clients’ requirements (design, washing style, finishing) to the production team.
∎ Monitor production schedules and resolve issues to ensure timely order completion.
∎ Create new buyers through effective costing and price negotiation.
∎ Present the factory's washing and dyeing capabilities, including innovative techniques and sustainability practices, to potential clients.
∎ Suggest new service offerings based on market demand and customer feedback.
∎ Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and agreements.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends, sales performance, and ongoing activities.
∎ Ensure all commercial activities, including L/C and credit realization, are properly followed up.
∎ Maintain documentation and submit work progress reports regularly.
