Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 36 years
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to supervise a large workforce, particularly Drivers.

  • Strong knowledge of BRTA rules, regulations, and documentation processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and transport management systems.

  • Typing Skill in both English & Bangla.

  • Good command over email communication for professional correspondence and reporting.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the office transport system, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles to meet organizational needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all BRTA licensing and regulatory requirements for company vehicles and drivers.

  • Maintain an up-to-date record of vehicle registrations, fitness certificates, insurance policies, and other required documents.

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

  • Monitor fuel consumption and prepare reports to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to company policies and road safety standards.

  • Handle any transport-related issues, including emergencies or accidents, and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary.

  • Develop and implement policies to improve transport operations and reduce costs.

  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures related to the transport department.
