∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set distribution strategy in aligning with organizational goals and lead distribution activities
∎ Formulate distribution budgets and manage expenses by maintaining ERP software
∎ Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs properly by monitoring daily route plan
∎ Analyze logistic problems, develop new solutions for both distributor & depot operations to increase business growth and cost effective operation
∎ Manage vehicle vendors and ensure vehicle availability regularly
∎ Coordinate with inter-department (transport & warehouse) staffs to ensure timely and accurate delivery
∎ Maintain proper safety guidance in the time of delivery as it is a fragile product
∎ Maintain liaison with sales team to ensure product availability in the target markets
∎ Ensure sufficient amount of item in the stock and inventory properly
∎ Prepare and update daily sales & distribution related detailed report and submit to the Management
∎ Guide the distribution team and train them to gain efficiency in providing service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in the ceramics industry will get preference
∎ Leadership and team management skills
∎ Report writing, presentation and problem-solving skills
∎ Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office
∎ Practical experience in ERP software
∎ Sound interpersonal skill
