Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, develop, implement, and manage servers, storage, Online UPS, Precision AC and other aspects of data center.
∎ Configure, install, repair, and troubleshoot issues related to hardware performance on servers, SAN and network equipment in a data center environment.
∎ Planning and deployment for new VMware solution and adding new hosts to the existing cluster/new cluster.
∎ Configure required, load balancer, NAT policy for Application and DMZ application.
∎ Configure firewall rule, access policy and group policy for the VM/NSX.
∎ Provisioning and creation of virtual server instances.
∎ Upgrade BIOS and device firmware on the servers, VMWare virtual machines and MS Security patches to all servers including service packs and perform any other planned maintenance activities on an established cycle.
∎ Monitor and manage systems performance and capacity.
∎ Implement and maintain health monitoring and alerting of servers.
∎ Responsible for Asset and Infrastructure Change Management processes within the Data Center
∎ Responsible to perform in NSX, ESXi, Vcenter, vRealize Cloud Management includes VMware vRealize Suite, VMware vCloud Suite.
∎ Perform in VMware vCloud Director.
∎ Work in Netapp storage devices and other backup solutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of Job experience in the IT department of which at least 6 years as Sr. Data Center System Administrator in a reported Group of Company, Bank and IT vendor.
∎ Vendor certification ( VMware VCP-Cloud, MCSE, RHCE, RHCSA, CEH/ECSA) will be given preference
∎ Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Expert experience in Windows and Linux servers.
∎ Good working knowledge in Red Hat OpenStack Cloud Infrastructure.
∎ Good working knowledge in VDI and VSAN.
∎ Good working knowledge in Windows and Linux operating system for AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP and FTP etc.
∎ Good working knowledge in Public cloud for server management.
