Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and deploy for new VMware solution and add new hosts to the existing cluster/new cluster.
∎ Configure required, load balancer, NAT policy for Application, and DMZ application.
∎ Configure firewall rule, access policy, and group policy for the VM/NSX.
∎ Upgrade BIOS and device firmware on the servers, VMWare virtual machines, and MS Security patches to all servers including service packs, and perform any other planned maintenance activities on an established cycle.
∎ Responsible for Asset and Infrastructure Change Management processes within the Data Center.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in VMWare NSX-V/NSX-T, ESXi, Vcenter, and vRealize Cloud Management including VMware vRealize Suite, and VMware vCloud Suite.
∎ Expert experience in VMware vCloud Director.
∎ Have a good working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems for AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, etc.
∎ Design, develop, implement, and manage servers, storage, UPS, Precision AC, and other aspects of a data center.
∎ Configures, installs, repairs, and troubleshoots issues related to hardware performance on servers, SAN, and network equipment in a data center environment.
∎ Expert experience in Net app storage devices and other backup solutions.
∎ Good working knowledge in Red Hat Open Stack Cloud Infrastructure.
∎ Expert experience in Windows and Linux servers.
∎ Minimum 07 years of Job experience in the IT department of which at least 5 years as Sr. Data Center System Administrator in a reported Group of Companies, Bank, and IT vendor.
∎ Vendor certification (VMware, VCP-Cloud, MCSE, RHCE, and RHCSA) will be given preference
∎ Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
