∎ Skills Required: Company Law, Drafting various types of letters, Good Liaison Communication Skill with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, Land Documentation, Negotiable Instr, Problem solving and analytical skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Law, Corporate Affairs, Corporate and Commercial Law, experience in related field in Group of Companies, Land, Land Law, Land Survey, Legal Affairs, Regulatory Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she should be able to provide the much-needed legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution and guide the client on taking an appropriate decision;
∎ He/she will have to prepare agreement drafts and correspondent with various department /concerned authority;
∎ Will have to oversee all company pending and upcoming litigations (cases)
∎ Ensure vetting of various legal documents National and international;
∎ He/she will have to be well acquainted with Land Purchase, asset purchase and the legal matters associated to it.
∎ He/she will have to coordinate with different legal and company affairs related authorities.
∎ He/she keep relation with employer, employees, auditor, government and non-government bodies.
∎ He/she will be liable for annual Return Filing of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
