Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target as per plan efficiency.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard.
∎ Ensure Proper Method & Time Study, process re-engineering· Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5's.
∎ Case study against low production & collect lost time against low production.
∎ Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production and quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment.
∎ Evaluate and perform investigation on all variances for all planned and actual results for industrial processes and maintain track of all information and ensure integrity of all results for processes.
∎ Prepare skill matrix, find skill gap, provide training plan.
∎ Any other task provided by the top management.
∎ This role is responsible to lead IE team which are under his supervision with modern IE tools and method.
