Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial activities
∎ Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents align with company policy
∎ Preparing in-detail variance analysis of cost center on Monthly basis, profit center level revenue and expenses against the budget.
∎ Assisting to prepare annual company budget forecast and monthly financial with close monitoring of variances
∎ costing supervision of Imported raw material and monitoring the bond/non bond stock effect in manufacturing.
∎ Analyzing the costing of different accounts and keeping and assist record of all accounting activities.
∎ Preparing and assisting monthly, half yearly, accounts in compliance with IFRS's and IAS's and other financial rules and regulations
∎ Ensuring applicable accounting standards are appropriately applied and taken initiative to implement new accounting standards from time to time.
∎ Fixed Asset management (FA Register & FA Schedule maintain)
∎ Providing support to report and align all financials transactions with Finance Department.
∎ Closely working with service providers on Tally ERP 9 monitoring and developments.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Head of Finance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in Computer skill in MS office.
∎ Must be proficient in Tally ERP Software
∎ Excellent Bangla and English; spoken and written
∎ Leadership skills to handle team
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent organizational, team & time management skills
∎ Planning
