Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
∎ Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
∎ Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting
∎ Adopt emerging technologies where it's appropriate
∎ Collaborate with e-Commerce Website Development Company, Agencies, SSL Commerce, bKash, Nagad, Bangladesh Brand Forum, e-Cab and other vendor partners.
