∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully lead the branding team
∎ Strengthen National Polymer Group brand in the market
∎ Formulate the brand's long-term strategy and develop and execute marketing plans aligned with Sales & Marketing
∎ Research consumer markets, monitor market trends and identify potential areas to strengthen the identity of brand in the market
∎ Prepare and execute yearly group media plan
∎ Liaison with advertising, trade-marketing, legal and compliance agencies and execute all kinds of advertising, promotional and trade-marketing activities
∎ Ensure production of in-house promotional materials and publications
∎ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups, social media and market research
∎ Co-ordinate the launch program of new product to external customers as well as internal stakeholders
∎ Undertake additional relevant tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only male are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in digital marketing such as YouTube, Instagram, Google based Marketing etc.
∎ Having experience in traditional media such as event activities.
∎ Having relation with print media will consider an added advantages.
∎ Must have prior experience in managing a team
∎ Branding experience in good local organization will be given preferences
∎ Proficient with MS Office, PowerPoint, Graphics and other related computer activities
∎ Sound written and oral communication abilities both in English and Bangla
∎ Strategic mindset
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Dynamic and self-motivated and independent
∎ Ability to take huge pressure and meet the deadline
Salary: Negotiable
