Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Providing high-quality after-sales service at Customers' site including maintenance for heavy equipment (i.e. Crane, Forklift, Telehandler & also relevant other items).
- Maintaining records, troubleshooting, recommendation of spares, guidance and imparting training to operators & mechanics will be the main areas of responsibility.
- Coordinate with Service planner for parts supplies & reporting of Service Jobs.
- Must coordinate with Principals’ regularity regarding service job responsibility, placement & spare parts support.
- Be integral part to organize Service Camps & take initiative at high level.
- Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment/material handling equipment/crane etc.
- Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment.
- Test and document the proper operating parameters of the equipment.
- Effectively communicate through written and verbal reports to customer and direct supervision regarding worksite status.
- Spare parts sales from ready stock & also from abroad according to customer demand.
- Display the ability to absorb a higher level of learning.
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
- Develop relationships with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
