• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE/Mechanical

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power, Fuel/Petroleum

• Only Male

• Providing high-quality after-sales service at Customers' site including maintenance for heavy equipment (i.e. Crane, Forklift, Telehandler & also relevant other items).
• Maintaining records, troubleshooting, recommendation of spares, guidance and imparting training to operators & mechanics will be the main areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate with Service planner for parts supplies & reporting of Service Jobs.
• Must coordinate with Principals’ regularity regarding service job responsibility, placement & spare parts support.
• Be integral part to organize Service Camps & take initiative at high level.
• Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment/material handling equipment/crane etc.
• Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment.
• Test and document the proper operating parameters of the equipment.
• Effectively communicate through written and verbal reports to customer and direct supervision regarding worksite status.
• Spare parts sales from ready stock & also from abroad according to customer demand.
• Display the ability to absorb a higher level of learning.
• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
• Develop relationships with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
