Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take overall Quality Control responsibilities of the plant.
∎ To be quality control representative in all aspect of quality, compliance and others.
∎ To continuously review and monitor the laboratory process in order to increase the effectiveness of test method.
∎ Good knowledge on spice & snacks related product.
∎ Manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance & record keeping.
∎ Responsible for overall high quality product.
∎ Handling of reference standards, specification, manufacturing documents at site.
∎ Conduct quality control test on raw materials, In-process and finished products.
∎ Assess product quality and compliance with standard.
∎ Monitor production process to ensure adequate to specifications.
∎ Identify the root cause for any deviation of product quality.
∎ Take overall Quality Control responsibilities of the plant.
